LIZ CORDERO - Managing Partner


Liz brings years of bookkeeping and management experience to her role as Senior Bookkeeper.  She is a graduate of Irvine Valley College, where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Administration of Justice in 2004.  After graduation, Liz served as the Manager of a loan processing company and then worked as a full-time bookkeeper for a tax company helping individuals with IRS problems. She continued her profession as a bookkeeper at Passageway, a private school in Ventura County, California.


Liz moved to Nantucket in 2012, and since then has worked at Jill Yeagy Bookkeeping to provide a full range of bookkeeping services, specializing in workers compensation and general liability insurance audit assistance.  As an experienced bookkeeper, Liz enjoys problem solving to ensure that client records are in good standing, and helping clients save money by carefully reviewing books and code expenses to take full advantage of appropriate tax deductions.


Liz stays active pursuing continuing education and volunteering for island events such as the Nantucket Triathlon.  Liz enjoys the peace and quiet of Nantucket, and spending time with her poodle-mix, Yogi Bear.

JILL M. YEAGY - Founder and Partner



Jill M. Yeagy, brings 25 years of experience to her business.  Jill started her bookkeeping career working for the family business in Pennsylvania.  She studied at Harrisburg Area Community College before moving to Nantucket in 1995.  She is actively involved in the Nantucket community:  Nantucket S.T.A.R. Program, Nantucket Builders Association, and Nantucket Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers, National Bookkeepers Association, and National Association of Professional Women.


Prior to opening her own business, Jill spent four years working exclusively for M and D Restaurant Group, where she was responsible for all office operations, bookkeeping, and payroll for four restaurants.  Following that, she managed a bookkeeping firm, gaining diversified-industry bookkeeping experience which eventually led to the creation of Jill Yeagy Bookkeeping in May of 2007.


In her spare time, Jill enjoys watching Penn State football, volunteering for her favorite charities, and spending time with her cats, Cosmo and Joey.
